Air for the air conditioning system is supplied by the pneumatic system through the following components:

• Two pack flow control valves
• Two packs
• The mixing unit, which blends air from the cabin and the packs.

This conditioned air is then distributed to the cockpit and cabin, where trim air (or hot air) is mixed to optimize the temperature throughout the aircraft.
