with two engine aeroplanes irrespective of AUW and passenger capacity.

Non-scheduled operators (NSOPs)

operating two engine aero planes with
maximum passenger seating capacity of 19 or less passengers and maximum
AUW less than 45360 kgs.

120 minutes for
more than two engine aeroplanes
